I seriously love Maniacally Short Mondays! It really gives me a chance to see just how creative and crazy the horror minds can get without restrictions! Momma, Don’t Go was written and directed by Rafael De Leon Jr., someone you all might remember from another review I did, Goodbye Old Friend. His work is outstanding and I’m thrilled to get another look into his creative mind!

Movie Review: Hellarious

Recently, I was approached by Clarissa Jacobson, writer of Lunch Ladies and new book I Made A Short Film Now WTF Do I Do With It? She told me about a new DVD coming out that I needed to watch, Hellarious. It’s a Horror Comedy Anthology that features seven short films. I went into Hellarious thinking that if any of the shorts were like Lunch Ladies, it would be great. It was perfect.

I hated running. In school, I always walked the mile and I would laugh at those who would run. I just thought, “Morons, what does running teach you?” But, I should’ve run. And I should’ve learned how to breath while running. Now, I’m forced to run and dammit, I can’t breathe! It’s like the earth no longer has air to give me. It just ran out of air. Is that even possible? My feet are slamming onto the wet road so hard that it’s causing pain that feels like lightning bolts to shoot up my legs. At this point I’m just on autopilot. I can’t stop. If I stop, he’ll catch me.
